Well MHIFT, haven't heard from you in a month of Sundays, have you lost enough your horse doesn't head for a distant pasture when he sees you coming? And isn't the weight loss Your tool helps with just wonderful? I am down 120 pounds and just about ready to leave Plus Sizes behind FOREVER AND EVER, AMEN, to quote a Country Song. Going on 2 years post this October. I’ve lost 85 pds total. I go back and forth between 126-134lbs depending on how much I’m picking at junk food 😂 I love me some junk food. Hang in there for those who are just starting the process or are about to. It’s worth it.
