Some things to try years out from surgery. pouch reset. Its going back to liquids and progressing back out to real food. For some, it works. For others, liquids cause more hunger and sabotage getting back into healthy habits. The sensation of restriction can be short lived. logging food and staying within your weight loss calories and macros. You have to dig deep to remember the drive you had in the beginning. The hunger for your goal is still there, but you may be giving in and rationalizing now that you can do so many more fun things and feel so much better about yourself? Like the advice before this, try to go back to the portions you were told to eat for life...1cup? 1 1/4cups? Whatever that is--measure and log everything!!!
