Preparing for surgery, very scared. Tips??

I am looking at having VSG surgery in May of this year. I'm really nervous, and not really sure what to expect. I've have 8 surgeries in my life, I'm 21, so I'm not scared of surgery, just of this particular procedure. I'd appreciate any tips, advice, support, and help.

Dont be scared! Everyone deals with it differently... I was a very slow healer...still healing at 8 weeks now...but very happy with no complications. I'm 25 and knew that now would be the time to turn my life around. You just have to stay motivated and know that this is for the better. You can do this!
