KimB7811 115 Posted March 15, 2019 Did everyone else get papers to sign to release all their medical records in the big questionnaire and packet from the psychiatrist? Just wondering if that’s the norm.
FluffySaysForkIt! 823 Posted March 15, 2019 I didn't have any of that, no questionnaire at all. I just had a single half hour face to face chat. (It was really one of the easier visits, so far, for me.) Sounds like they are more through where you are, which isn't all bad. Hang in there! 2 KimB7811 and shanshan reacted to this

KimB7811 115 Posted March 16, 2019 Yea... I’m thinking this seems a bit much? Especially releasing my entire hospital medical history. I think I’m going to find someone else! I mean... I’m not perfect, but I feel like right off the bat, this guy seems to want to really try to dig hard in finding something lol
KateBruin 344 Posted March 16, 2019 I had a questionnaire and I’m sure she had access to my medical records. However, it was just a 50 minute 1:1 therapy session and then she said I need a letter from my psychiatrist to say he treats me and will continue to treat me. That was kind of ridiculous since insurance sees that I take my meds and see him monthly 🙄 1 KimB7811 reacted to this
ahillig 136 Posted March 19, 2019 I haven't had mine yet but I spoke with the psychologist that I will have my appointment with and it's an hour long with 3 questionnaires, one of them consisting of 175 true/false questions. 1 KimB7811 reacted to this
KimB7811 115 Posted March 19, 2019 I actually made an apt with a difference psychologist for next week as well and she explained it will be something similar to that as well. Just a few forms and a face to face which seems better to me.
