toodlerue 452 Posted March 14, 2019 You’ve lost 20 pounds in less then a month!!!! That’s pretty good! There is an app call Get~2~Goal You put in your weight, type of surgery & some other info. It shows you where you should be at.
KimTriesRNY 1,853 Posted March 14, 2019 20 pounds in three weeks is a huge rate and it doesn’t stay that fast forever believe that. It’s not a sprint. Just enjoy the journey for what it is. Congratulations and keep up the good work!
DanaC84 1,116 Posted March 14, 2019 Wowzers!! That is over 6 1/2 lbs per week! I think that’s pretty phenomenal and congratulations!!!
Frustr8 7,886 Posted March 15, 2019 I just had my PCP confirm, I have lost 25 pounds since early last month, maybe the PICC line did slow down my weight loss!
BlueIGT 84 Posted March 16, 2019 It's been over a month since my surgery and I have only lost 12 pounds, have lost nothing in the last two weeks... actually I gained a couple pounds. I think you're doing well.
jrosehahn 19 Posted March 16, 2019 I had my surgery 2/26/19 and I’m down 21 lbs so it seems that’s pretty typical. I notice my clothes are baggy and thighs are shedding fat fast. Definitely see it in my face well. Happy losing!
