I also picked up some small containers, a new lunchbox for going back to work, and several shot-glass sized measuring cups. Sent from my SM-G970U using BariatricPal mobile app My list is: sugar-free pudding and sugar free Jello, Protein20 flavored waters, Gatorade zero, cream Soups, chicken broth, sugar free popsicles, unflavored Protein Powder (to mix in pudding, jello, soups...etc), Two Good greek yogurts, Ricotta cheese, 2oz disposable containers (so I can prep stuff before surgery and throw in the fridge), small fork/spoon set, Flinstones chewables, calcium citrate chewables, herbal teas. That should get me through my two weeks of "full liquids" (yes, yogurt and ricotta is on my "full liquids" list) and beyond... I also bought a new blender to can puree the heck out of anything and everything. I still have to figure out how to pack food for work, but I took two weeks off and I'm working two weeks remote after that so I have some time to decide what to do. 3 NoMoore, Ohcinders and Batty2000 reacted to this
Sandra Nuelken 419 Posted May 21, 2019 I used to teach so I had Protein Drinks in the frig to drink during the day, as it took so long to drink them, and Campbells Soup in the Hand for lunches. Single serving small Soups. 2 Ohcinders and Batty2000 reacted to this

NancyLF 234 Posted May 22, 2019 My scheduled date is June 17th. I’m excited, nervous & scared all at once. My primary doctor is SO happy! He’s been urging me to have it done for a couple of years. I was too afraid. 😄 2 1 Ohcinders, Batty2000 and Frustr8 reacted to this
NancyLF 234 Posted May 22, 2019 My freezer is stocked with sugar free popsicles. They were on sale this week. I bought 4 boxes to add to the 8 I already had. 😂 I also have a stock of Bone Broth. Lots of Water. I’m ready! 2 Ohcinders and Batty2000 reacted to this

Guest Posted May 26, 2019 Hi all, I am new to this and have my sleeve surgery scheduled for June 7th. I am on my two week pre surgery diet and struggling so thought I would come online for support and motivation.
Sandra Nuelken 419 Posted May 26, 2019 Good luck on your journey. I'm waiting for my last appt then I will find out my surgery date, hopefully soon! The only thing I can suggest is to make your house a clean house, without temptations. I am currently taste testing Protein drinks as I did them a lot. I will also taste different Soups. Drink lots as it keeps you from getting hungry, warm drinks like tea help too. Just keep in mind how great you will look and feel. Make a list of all the things you want to do when you become healthier. I want to go to Washington DC and see some museums. Walking a lot is painful now for me. Just keep your eye on the prize! 1 Batty2000 reacted to this
