How do you update your weight loss? I new to this forum. I'm finding great advise

On a computer, you click on your avatar in the upper right corner, go to the pull down menu underneath, and click on "My Surgery." On the "My Surgery" page, click on "Progress" on the right. Then you can update your height and weight and choose privacy levels. I had trouble finding it too.
