EDMUND 3 Posted March 9, 2019 (edited) Yes, I'm at -90 and holding for 4 weeks now. My research tells me I might be eating to many calories, I usually get 1200 a day to 1500. The internet says I should get 700-1000. Aye caramba! It also says to eat low fat, which may be outdated informatiom, since everyone's on the Keto band wagon. One website said not to be scared to eat "good fat." I'm also not walking enough, working out enough with weights, and probably not drinking enough Water. Although I do get various types of protien supplements throughout the day, 90 ounces easily. As instructed I eat 3 times a day, few Snacks, and don't go more than 5 hours without eating. I even eat protien vegtable Soup (wonder cabbage soup) I make myself) So, I'm going to work on these areas. "Alighter me.com has a lot of good answers. I'm also looking into the buckwheat diet...monks and models use it! (the carbs are suppossed to be resistant starch carbs) Hope that gives you some clues... Weight loss can get slower after a year out. Did you get off track or is this a stall?
