Hair loss

Anyone have suggestions on a good Vitamin brand for Hair loss. I am new and want to prepare. I'm still getting all of my pre-op done but want to be ahead of the game. Any help would be appreciated.

I take chewable Biotin and L-lysine. I haven’t found the L-lysine in chewable and they’re pretty big caplets. Once I was cleared for taking pills I began breaking them in half. I take half in the morning and half at night. Having said all that I understand a lot of Hair loss I s experienced at about the three month mark. I’m not quite there yet so I’m praying this all helps. These are the Biotin I take
