I am 4 months post and have lost 115lbs but it seems like no matter what I do I can’t lose anymore weight. I started working out again a month ago but I can’t seem to get past 250lbs for weeks now. Any suggestions?

Look at it this way . . . you've lost 115 pounds in four months!!!!!! Your body needs a rest from constant losing and will catch up after a little break.

exactly what @GradyCat said. Stalls are frustrating. Keep working your plan. Here is a link on stalls.
