As much as the logic behind it that you are consuming the days amount of protein, our bodies can only absorb so much at one time. When it comes to protein it's said that the human body can at max absorb around 25-30 grams in one serving. Anymore then that it's going on the toilet and your wasting your protein. Hope this helps.
