Anyone else have IC/Painful bladder syndrome symptoms worse after surgery?

I’ve been experiencing increasingly worse symptoms from my IC (painful bladder syndrome) since surgery 5 1/2 weeks ago. Usually I only have to take AZO occasionally but here lately I need it every day. I’m also on hydroxyzine daily for maintenance. I read up some yesterday and was shocked to learn it can actually be from my vitamins!! Acidic foods have always been one of my triggers and most Vitamins are made with ascorpic (sp ?) acid for Vitamin C. I ordered some new vitamins that use a different source to get the Vitamin c and hoping/praying it might help.
I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
