nomorefattypatty 329 Posted March 3, 2019 I try to get in at least one scoop of Protein every day along with high protein foods. Recently I found that after mixing in my Protein Powder with my greek yogurt and let it set for a minute or two allows the protein to absorb into my yogurt or cottage cheese lessens the taste of the powder. I also add some stevia. It's a nice tip just thought I'd share my experience.
