seaforest 562 Posted March 19, 2019 Honestly, I haven't made progress on the scale....but I'm at one of those weights that is an old set point. So, I'm working to out-stubborn the darn thing. But this week, I noticed my thighs seem to have done a bit of disappearing. I don't think the scale necessarily keeps up with all the rest of the activity going on with my body's changes. 19. NYC_PAULA 194 Posted March 20, 2019 19. I'm proud that I've taken a commitment to take care of myself not just physically but mentally and emotionally to. I found a therapist I love and see her once a week. I also go to the post-surgery group at my surgeon's office. Also, update on my goal for the month. Now that I have the full fitness clearance I'm back on track with three workouts a week. seaforest 562 Posted March 20, 2019 20. One small thing that brings me joy...my dogs who aren't small but they always bring me joy. B-side: I love the longer days, the warming weather, and seeing the things I've planted appear and be alive. Yoga is hard to fit in...harder than I thought...but I do make it to the gym at least 6 days a week. On that note, I am going to do wide legged forward fold and maybe some Goddess before I unfold.
