DeeberLee 300 Posted March 8, 2019 Loving the yoga poses! Did the tree and warrior poses today. Felt really strong. Found myself doing some mindless munching on Protein crisps. I'm glad that I recognized what I was doing and stopped. They were to easy to eat, if that makes any sense to you. A bad habit to break: Doubting myself. Am I going to be successful with my weight loss? Can I maintain the weight loss? As I get closer to goal , I'm getting nervous. I keep telling myself , one day at a time and breathe.
