how do you track calories

I started with Fitday.com. I purchased their download which I like much better. I can set goals, daily food, weigh ins, exercize and all sorts of stuff. I'm addicted to tracking it all now.

(Someday I may actually have some exercise to record hmmm I have GOT to get off the couch :P)

I really like "the Daily Plate". I paid for the gold membership and it's easier to use. They also have support forums. Even one for lapbanders.

I use sparkpeople.com and I love it. It has kept me honest with myself!!

I know what I eat everday and I monitor it. I have become compulsive about my logging and my excersing!!

Hey I can live with that!!

I use My food Diary :: Online Calorie Counter w/ Diet Journal & Exercise Log and I find it really helpful. You can take any item they have in the system and modify it and say instead of 1 piece of bread, .5 or .25 and it adjusts and calculates the partial item calories. Its got nice graphs and also has a discussion forum. Runs $9 a month.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
