pumpk1n2 0 Posted February 24, 2019 Since my surgery 3 years ago, Ive had trouble with my D, Iron & Magnesium even with taking supplements. Does anyone else have any issues with this? Or ideas on how to get more Vitamins, aside from supplements, i.e. food choices?Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app
Hop_Scotch 1,632 Posted February 24, 2019 Just to confirm are you taking supplements or not? Sure food choices will help increase levels, however, if you are still eating a fairly low calorie diet you may be limited in reaching the required levels by food choices alone, hence why supplementation my be required.
