NG79 0 Posted February 23, 2019 Hello all new to the forum today. I'm starting to worry a little that I've reached a bit a brick wall too soon in my weigjt loss journey. Had sleeve gastrectomy op Oct 8th I've lost around 37kgs in that time which was 22% of my original weight, should this be higher? I've not really stepped up the exercise side of things feel very tired a lot of the time. Just wondered other's experiences and based on that can I expect it to keep comimg off? Still can't eat a lot some days better than other.
nevermore71 63 Posted February 24, 2019 Everyone does have their own rate of loss. Yes. You should continue to lose. It does slow down a lot after that first 6 months though. So it sounds like you're right on track. Logging food intake daily is very useful for keeping an eye on calories, and nutrition. I find I lose more when logging, even if I thought I was doing really well with my intake when not logging.
