jfc193 718 Posted February 25, 2019 Terrific and congrats. I have never regretted my decision to have the lap band. Though I have had a love hate relationship it helps keeps me in line. 2 ProudGrammy and funky_monkey800 reacted to this
rsalter 5 Posted April 1, 2020 It's so great to hear others still LOVE their Band. I don't hate mine and I think it is still working the way it should after 10 years..but I am NOT doing what I should. I have gained a bunch back. makes me very sad. I need to know what you all think of how to get back to what I should be doing. Do you think starting Over..like liquid drinks..protein..ect is a good idea ?? funky_monkey800 247 Posted April 19, 2020 Sorry for the late reply....i would definitely go back to the basics....when i get off track i usually do a pouch reset (i have the band obviously, but have found this to be helpful) https://www.obesitycoverage.com/the-pouch-reset-losing-weight-after-weight-regain/ And count calories. The thing that really helps...is looking at old pics....i dont want the old me back...lol You got this! Good luck! 1 jfc193 reacted to this
