My stomach felt fine so I know it was all in my head. This morning I feel great. I plan on doing the same thing I did yesterday. Alternating broth, sugar free Jello and lots and lots of Water with a shake for Breakfast and a shake mid afternoon. How s everyone elses diet going? I am having that head and stomach hunger too on Day 8 of mine. I think lots of Water helps.

Maybe a Jello cup or some broth but it made me feel better. My biggest issue is when I get off work. Yesterday I was giving my little one year old twins some goldfish crackers and mindlessly threw some in my mouth. I wasn't even hungry. It came from habit and now I realize how many times a day I mindlessly eat! Going to bring the girls outside to play in the yard as soon as we get home to avoid that. Not as well on my end, but not too bad, either. I'm on day 6 of the 2 week liquid diet and some days, I experience true hunger, which in my opinion, is a wee be torturous. LOL. I have supplemented with a few ounce of mahi once per day, but will eliminate the practice altogether once I'm 7 days out. The one thing that surprised me is that I'm not craving sugar/carbs. I’m doing ok, dr only had me doing low fat until surgery so after a few good funerals I’m getting in track! I think I’ll do more liquid diet meals this last week though just to make sure I’m ready! Had my Pshyc eval today and I’m cleared for surgery!! 1 Selmeeka reacted to this

I'll admit I eased in to the first day (had to have that last Whataburger sausage egg and cheese on a Jalapeno cheddar biscuit . . . ), but it has been all liquid since then. Surprisingly very little hunger (though I am feeling a little right now), and no cravings two days in. The struggle will be really intense tonight (Wednesdays have been fajita night for me and the family for almost 10 years), and next week will be another challenge because I have to travel next week even before surgery. I think I have now seen 4 of us on the 4th and 5 on the 3rd. Surgery will be upon us sooner than we think! 1 MaddiesMomma reacted to this
