Wondering if anyone is willing to show before and after without plastics just curious what to expect with the skin without wanting to do plastics. Surgery in about a month my current weight 250 5’6” just wondering what to expect.

Try Instagram. Many plastic surgery sites have photos of patients before procedures as well.

Try real self. Look for before and after photos of breast lift patients or breast lift with implant patients.

Everyone is different but you are not likely to see a lot of those types of photos posted on this site.
