ummyasmin 1,603 Posted February 17, 2019 I've cooked sausages, burgers, parsnip chips, baked salmon wrapped in foil, roast veggies (zucchini, butternut squash, peppers) Sent from my SM-G930F using BariatricPal mobile app 1 AutumnG reacted to this
Danny Paul 761 Posted February 18, 2019 Autumn the wings and salmon came out very good. The wings were better in the air fryer than when I bake them. The salmon was a little better when I broiled it in the oven but, both were good in the air fryer. Just put a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the fryer for easy cleanup. 1 AutumnG reacted to this

Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted May 20, 2019 I'm resurrecting this topic because I just got an air fryer. Only thing I've cooked so far is French Fries for hubby and sons, but I'm going to try to make these tonight: https://www.skinnytaste.com/cheesy-jalapeno-popper-baked-stuffed/ They look soooo good! I'll let you know how it goes! 1 MrsGamgee reacted to this

Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted May 21, 2019 (edited) OK, this was my attempt! Not so pretty, but delicious! Next time I think it will be worth the upcharge to buy the thin-sliced chicken cutlets. I couldn't cut them thin enough or consistent enough Edited May 21, 2019 by Orchids&Dragons 1 sillykitty reacted to this

I couldn't cut them thin enough or consistent enough I make something similar in the oven. If you butterfly the chicken breasts and then pound them out to an even thickness, it helps. But yes, the thin cutlets from the store would be easier.Sent from my SM-G960W using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Orchids&Dragons reacted to this
