Creamy Soups as In cream of tomatoe ,cream of chicken. Cream of celery , cream of potatoe. cream of mushroom etc. All made with milk and all have chunky bits. Use an emerssble blender to keep to bits gone. I can make a can last all day. Eating a quarter of it at Breakfast quarter st lunch and rest in evening. My Nut said to stay away from pudding and jello.not sure why. No Protein maybe.I hope that helps a little.
