rs 1,473 Posted February 5, 2019 What does your Dr say? It seems everyone's program is different. For the first several months mine said to focus on Protein and liquids only, not to worry about calories. 2 quana711 and FluffyChix reacted to this

seaforest 562 Posted February 10, 2019 I don't have a calorie restriction right now - I just have to do 60g of Protein and 64 oz fluids plus fruits/veggies. I find that I fluctuate between 700-1000 calories depending on the day. I have a nutrition group tomorrow and I want to ask because I keep seeing what everyone else is doing calorie wise and I don't want to be screwing this up. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
