Sex performance

Recommended Posts

So fellas I have heard that sexual performance gets better after surgery as far as circulation and obviously being able to move around more after weight loss. What has your experience been can you tell a big difference?

its a dramatic difference, not just in size obviously, but youre not out of breath, youre a hell of a lot more limber, you last longer and all those hormones will kind of make you real horny quite alot more. so prepare the woman in your life.

Yes, I gained inches (maybe girth too) and no longer have trouble maintaining an erection.

You know how we all say I wish i was xx year old but with the knowledge I have now. Seriously its been that way for me. I fell like I'm 20 again. The wife definitely has noticed it.

That’s awesome to hear brother and that is really good your surgery has been a success. My last nutritionist visit is on the 20th and I should be getting a surgery date very soon. Did you notice change right away, gradually or a couple months later for you?

Changes start happening right away. Physical changes I really started to notice around 3 months. Everyone else saw them before i felt I did. Then again we are our own harshest judge.

So much yes!

The wife isn't always as happy with my new found "reach"... but she did comment that overall everything is much more comfortable from her side of things. The gains are very real...

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
