Easterlily49 6 Posted February 1, 2019 I am 4 months post op VSG and I have the stomach flu. I woke up not really feeling like eating so I had the Unjury chicken Soup Protein with Water for Breakfast and lunch. As day wore on, started feeling bad and a low fever. Then..... vomiting. Any tips? I am afraid to even sip on water but I am already behind a bit this week with my goals. Lannie 135 Posted February 8, 2019 The flu will pass in a day or so. During that time don't worry about meeting any set goals for Protein / food intake. Focus on Water so you don't get dehydrated.
