Ryguy507 0 Posted January 30, 2019 Hello everyone! I am needing some help (advice) on some issues that I am having. I had the surgery last April and lost 134 pounds. It has been an incredible journey. However lately I can feel myself getting more and more hungry. I can also tell that my portion sizes are getting larger. I’m not wanting to get back to my old habits but i feel stuck. I’m also having a hard time getting back into cooking my meals. I used to cook so much food and now that I’m not eating very much I feel lost when I cook. Can anyone give me some advice. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Ryguy507 0 Posted January 30, 2019 Thank you for responding. Ummmm it’s hard to tell. I work 2 jobs and they are weird hours so I kinda just eat what I have available. But it’s usually no more than 7 oz at a time. I don’t have set meal times. I just eat when I get hungry. So far today I’ve had coffee and some eggs and sausage. Thatgirl80 21 Posted January 30, 2019 For me I find that when I am not eating set meals is where I struggle the most. It may be helpful to start back to 3 meals per day at set times to get a good idea of where you are at. domi 237 Posted January 30, 2019 I kind of am in the same boat as you. I have gone back to making sure I pack all my meals the night before. When I get hungry, I can only grab from my pre-packed bag. This way I know they are smart choices. It stops me from just grabbing whatever is near. Also remember if you drink a big glass of Water, you won't be quite as hungry. Good luck.
