I'm not a medical professional, but it looks fine to me. It's red due to being a fresh wound, but that's it. I'd say you're fine.

As a mom I would say it looks fine. Its healing, no infection.

Another vote here for it looks fine. If it's infected, you'd have yellow or white looking puss oozing, or if clear or cloudy Fluid leaks from the wound to the point that it saturates any dressing you put on it, that would be a big sign of an infection. I see none of that in your picture. You can expect your wound to be red for at least six months after surgery--probably longer. You can start applying mederma or some other scar gel on the wound in a month, which will help with the redness and reduce the appearance of scaring.

Yours looks just like a normally heali,g wound with staples, look up Lusty Draconian Maid's , now HER'S doesn't look like it's healing very well and has got infected.

And when they take your staples out it might sting and hurt, but when mine were removed from my right knee, maybe it was because of static electricity but I felt a little electric jolt as each pinged open and off! Anybody else ever have that?

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
