Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted January 22, 2019 Stalls can happen at any time just keep working your plan and the scale will start to move eventually. This is a good time to track your measurements. They often go down when your weight isn't moving. Good luck!

I am exicted about what he may discuss, other than my weight. I think i may ask him for a goal weight at the next visit.
ummyasmin 1,603 Posted January 23, 2019 I would.like to know did anybody stop losing weight before there 3 month post op?Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile appI'm three months and I have little mini-stalls regularly. But then it seems overnight my body wakes up and I quickly drop, so go figure.Definitely count your calories and macros to make sure you're not over eating on little bits here and there, and perhaps now is good to start incorporating daily walks if you're not already.
