rs 1,473 Posted January 22, 2019 I rediscovered sunflower seeds! In the shell. Good substitution for chips or candy or other junk. Keeps me busy trying to get past the shell to the seed. chellyvillen 21 Posted January 27, 2019 Just make sure you aren't snacking on them all day - in one of my follow ups my dietitian actually told me to stop eating them because they have a lot of calories for the amount of Protein you get and mindlessly snacking on them was adding ~300 cal and I was only supposed to be having ~500 cal/day.
