Formygirls2019 38 Posted January 20, 2019 So, I purchased a product ’Egg Whites International’ to add additional Protein to my Premier Protein shakes. Is there a protein limit for each sitting? Frustr8 7,886 Posted January 20, 2019 I was told your body can only digest and assimilate 30 grams at a time, that's why Protein Shakes have that amount, so see people with degrees don't always agree. Laughing Bird 65 Posted January 20, 2019 Just like everything else there is only so much your body can use and process at one time. If you're eating too much of any one thing at any meal your body is just going to dump the excess. If you feel comfortable taking in that much at one time go for it. I tend to intuitively eat and I know Protein makes me sooooo full. Go with what your body tells you that you can handle. Not even a surgeon will know for sure how much is too much.
