KCgirl061 1,532 Posted January 8, 2019 Well I didn’t behave over my holiday break. I went to visit family over New Years weekend and didn’t self monitor my Fluid intake. I leisurely sipped on coffee and maybe a glass or two of Water. After 5 days I returned to work and promptly got hot, dizzy, and lightheaded. Tried for a couple days to catch up and it happened again. So today I get to go get 2 liters of IV fluids. Keep up with your fluids peeps! Jazzy1125 1,010 Posted January 8, 2019 get better soon. I too when not at work or on schedule get side tracked with the Fluid intake. I notice and immediately the next day try to get at least the 64 ounces in. We are constantly a work in progress.. So far so good here..
