jenngraham9 12 Posted January 7, 2019 I am 6 weeks post op and I have not lost any weight in two weeks. I am down 35 pounds since sugery, but I am eating still bland soft foods, and drinking Water, and drinking my protien shake. Why the stall?
Alpaca55 168 Posted January 7, 2019 It's so frustrating! But, you will start losing again... your body is just adjusting! I've had so many stalls and it's driving me nuts... but I'm just trying to be chilled and go with the process. Hope things move soon for you! 2 1 Wanda247, Newyearnewme2019 and clsumrall reacted to this
Geodude 66 Posted January 7, 2019 Yeah, for me my weight seems to melt off in spurts. I'll stall for a week or so and then 20 lbs will fly off in the next two weeks. Then I'll stall again for a bit. Then it all flies off. Seems to be a cycle.

I'm 6 weeks post op, not even 20 lbs down since surgery, and had a higher start weight than you. You are doing AMAZING! You are losing a tonnnn of weight very quickly - as long as you're sticking to your diet, getting your liquids and Protein and exercise, your body WILL catch up! 🤗 Edited January 7, 2019 by Starry*Night 1 LyndaCSouth reacted to this
LyndaCSouth 17 Posted January 8, 2019 I’m the same, 6 weeks out and hit a stall. It’s so frustrating! I’ve decided I’m only going to weight myself once a week. L x
