Angel'sFaith 32 Posted January 4, 2019 Blood pressure went sky high today and wound up in ER. Found out you can't chew blood pressure medications they don't work as well with the body and being dehydrated on top of it all. Doing better after iv fluids and dr precautions of blood pressure medication to drop BPdown quickly in an emergency. Home trying to keep my fluids going. My doctor was right. It's a 16 to 18 hour day to keep hydration in place. I think for me it's harder getting my meds down...
