Swanton_Bomb 522 Posted January 3, 2019 So many people say to increase calories to break a stall, but it just seems so counter-intuitive. Others say to track and measure more carefully than ever. What say you? 1 sillykitty reacted to this
sillykitty 10,776 Posted January 4, 2019 I say ... stalls are inevitable and happen no matter what you do. I know many people say, I did X and my stall broke. But there is no way to know if the stall was going to break anyway. Just work your program, stay off the scale if it becomes to upsetting, and the stall will break. 2 FluffyChix and Swanton_Bomb reacted to this
