Stalls: Increase Calories or Decrease Calories?

So many people say to increase calories to break a stall, but it just seems so counter-intuitive. Others say to track and measure more carefully than ever. What say you?

I say ... stalls are inevitable and happen no matter what you do.

I know many people say, I did X and my stall broke. But there is no way to know if the stall was going to break anyway.

Just work your program, stay off the scale if it becomes to upsetting, and the stall will break.
