shygirl39 15 Posted January 1, 2019 I'm using the Isopure whey Protein isolate, zero carb unflavored. Anyone else use it? I wish it wasn't a 100 calories a scoop. Does anyone use just half a scoop?Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app It's preferred to eat your Protein as much as possible then supplement with shakes. https://eas.com/advantedge-products I like all their AdvantEdge products! The RTD is not thick or chalky. powders are great for shakes or recipes. Only ones I haven't tied are the high protein RTD & the soy powder. What helps with making shakes with powder is using something like this, adding crushed ice if you like it like a milkshake. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Farberware-10-Piece-Single-Serve-Blender-Set/146468554 1 Frustr8 reacted to this

Maybe needed more liquid? This is similar to what I used to use when my kids were babies, does a great job chopping/pureeing meats, veggies, etc... https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-1-5-Cup-Mini-Food-Chopper-One-Touch-Pulse-Stainless-Steel-Blade/565452233 food Chopper â One-Touch Pulse, Stainless Steel Blade" data-imageproxy-source="https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/f7cb5439-e4b8-4709-89dc-6a0b7f51e1bc_1.f4d3dc5dfd1ef79e47ef9b671ea0e373.jpeg?odnHeight=450&odnWidth=450&odnBg=FFFFFF" src="https://www.bariatricpal.com/applications/core/interface/imageproxy/imageproxy.php?img=https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/f7cb5439-e4b8-4709-89dc-6a0b7f51e1bc_1.f4d3dc5dfd1ef79e47ef9b671ea0e373.jpeg?odnHeight=450%26odnWidth=450%26odnBg=FFFFFF&key=218a7e072a294bd4026a957e6c8765b48d7e8600520358b9a065ec36123be732" /> Edited January 3, 2019 by TheRealMeIsHere!
