Jazzy1125 1,010 Posted January 1, 2019 I am 7 weeks out. I am working on 60-80g of Protein a day with less than 40 carbs and i dont remember the fat LOL. I never get past the protein in order to eat anything else. i am full before i get to it. Last night for dinner i had 2 shrimp and then a few hours later i had 1 meatball LOL..
