jultrim18 132 Posted January 1, 2019 I am a teacher, so I have been on winter break. I cannot wait for my usual eating patterns to return. Unfortunately, I do not eat in normal intervals when I don’t have work. Then, I get starving, and then make bad choices ugh! Jazzy1125 1,010 Posted January 1, 2019 my biggest non routine days are on the weekends because we are always on the go. I have to constantly alter something to make something work so i stay on track with the liquids at least. Protein i get from 2 liquid sources so i get at least 45 without eating yet.
