Ohhhh so good, warm, savory, delicious and knowing how good it is for skin, lean muscle mass and cellulite made it even better. My goal is to enjoy 2 cups a day for 30 days then 1 cup a day from then on. Frustr8 7,886 Posted December 31, 2018 Bone Broth is good, homemade more so. Until I had my surgery I had forgotten how much I really don't like chicken🐥 broth, especially in a naked state.
