Beachladee3 74 Posted December 30, 2018 I think its unrealistic to not expect myself to partake in holiday treats. The trick is moderation and getting right back to clean eating. Having all the stuff in the house is too hard not to take a taste. But, its gotta go soon!Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app 3 Orchids&Dragons, Wanda247 and ProudGrammy reacted to this
Wanda247 908 Posted December 30, 2018 I agree with you, this is a new lifestyle change and sometimes you will have some foods that are off plan and it is OKAY you’re human the key is just get back on track...my opinion is if you crave something, have a little in moderation, don’t buy a bunch to keep in the house, have a serving to satisfy you and keep it moving. No one is perfect and it’s ok to have a treat every now and then...you gotta live. You got this!! 😉 2 ProudGrammy and Orchids&Dragons reacted to this
raeraerae 59 Posted December 30, 2018 I have had small amounts of treats here and there. I count them as a meal or snack, even if it’s just a tiny bit. I also have maintained or exceeded my exercise goals throughout. The sleeve is a tool to help me but my efforts and choices are the key. 2 Wanda247 and Orchids&Dragons reacted to this
