Please be carefull with those coconut carton drinks. FB opened one up and it was a grosse thing inside cery big. Yeak. Open the whole carton first before drinking.

Smooth Move tea works— REAALLLLY WELL haha so be close to home for a few hours!! 😂

Also be careful with the fruit- a lot of sugar so don’t eat it after surgery until cleared.

Ok thanks for the info...I always pour it into a clear measuring cup... before it goes in the blender... but thanks... ...no more coconut Water in the box for me.
