Arm lifts and biceps?

Do arm lifts only focus on tightening and removing skin from the triceps, or does it also include fat on the biceps? I imagine tightening the bottom would also pull the skin taut on the top, but I have an actual fat roll on my biceps. It actually creases and gets red. I know I am a long ways away, but I have some of the largest arms I've ever seen on an obese person and I know they will be my #1 go-to when I have plastics.       The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
