ummyasmin 1,603 Posted February 1, 2019 Ok strange thing is I only wanted to use timers consistantly and eliminate my use of Protein Cookies, don't judge me, but in the process I dropped out of a maintenance zone and lost around 7-8lbs... This far into the game that's nothing to gloss over. But I do need to keep some fat around for the possibility of Plastics. *Maybe* I'll slow down on them . I have a box that I need to figure out how to gift... Maybe not Starting: 158ish Ending: 150ish Before and After photos Wow, you look great in ALL of them. How come you need fat for plastics? ummyasmin 1,603 Posted February 1, 2019 SIMPLE SURVEY TIME!!! How was this challenge?Great fun. Very helpful. I didn't meet all my goals but even doing the challenge alone kept me thinking about my eating and exercise habits. Personally, I see very little difference except to me it looks like my boobs are bigger or something? I must have been wearing a different bra... ...and just for kicks, a before-before pic from this last summer (yikes!) Fantastic!!!
