aussiemomdinoaunt 184 Posted January 6, 2019 I'm not so good at doing these on time! Lol4) Proudest 2018 moment - having VSG surgery. Which also helped diagnose me with Celiac Disease. So now I'm no longer in gut pain and getting healthy! 5) We keep the fridge pretty bare... this is after a shopping trip! It's mostly lunch meat, cheese, pickles, eggs. The freezer has all our meat and our pantry is stocked, so is our spice shelf! I'm all for making home cooked meals, and thanks to Pinterest, I can do it with minimal ingredients. I thought I'd be able to recognise what stuff is, but it's hard coz y'all live overseas where your cans and jars and packets have unfamiliar names. Except Fairlife Milk. I still lost, so keeping my quantities down has helped! Tomorrow is our anniversary. We are going out to our little Italian restaurant. I know I will tangle with a glass of wine, but feel confident being able to corral it to 1 only. And will be able to make good choices there. So no fears! Then once that's over, it's back to the straight and abstemious narrow path for this chicky!
