Gastric sleeve and back spasm/cramps

I had gastric band to gastric sleeve and get terrible cramps on my left side. It’s hard for me to sit down, the cramping can be intensely pain.. has anyone ever heard of this? Has this been ever heard of before?

I had surgery like 5 years ago and I still suffer from blights of this pain.
