Does anyone have difficulty taking Vitamins with Iron after surgery causing severe Constipation?

any recommendations or suggestions? I’m currently taking the one a day capsule with iron on a full stomach with lots of Water? ??

Are you doing any,Miralax,or Colace? And you,might also to,have to resort to,Milk of Magnesia,frequently.

I tried the Miralax daily but only got overly bloated .... I’m currently doing MOM once a week but I’m concerned as to how often it’s ok to take ??
