jultrim18 132 Posted December 21, 2018 I bought my students fresh, warm Bagels for our Christmas party. I really wanted one so bad and was thinking about having half. However, I decided to just eat my Protein Bar first. Now I’m full and satisfied! No bagel for me! Therefore, if you’re craving something, just eat a Protein bar first, or anything, and see if you still want that item. 4 months post-op and still learning. I skipped over Bagels, muffins, Breakfast pizza, French toast bake and instead had some Greek yogurt and a banana. Never in my life would I have thought I could have done that.
