Neely 60 Posted June 17, 2019 I weighed in at 204 today! 67 lbs down! My daughter is getting married in Vancouver, BC on 7/13 and my goal is to be under 200 by then. 🙏🏼 I’m actually not going to absolutely hate dress shopping for once in a very long time! 🙌🏼 1 Erica_B reacted to this

fizz_gonza 7 Posted June 17, 2019 Headed to Spain on July 1st. Really wanted to be under 200 by then.... weighed in at 211 this morning I know a lot can happen in two weeks but that seems lofty. Just really didn't want to be the American beached whale in the Mediterranean. lol Still struggle with food too...which is going to be interesting while there...since they eat constantly. It all feels so slow (especially the weight loss) I've been working out a lot- probably need to up my Water intake. Any tips on not hurting/wanting to puke when drinking more water? 1 Neely reacted to this

I find I can drink/tolerate more when it’s something flavored like Vitamin water zero vs plain water. My hubby says it’s all in my head. Haha. But it seriously physically feels different when I do! 🤣

DuchessDeviance 50 Posted July 19, 2019 If anyone is going through a frustrating stall, I'd like let you know that taking a break works! Well, it worked for me. For one week, I kept to my prescribed low carb/high Protein diet, kept my calories between 1200-1500, but i reduced my exercise from 45-60 minutes to 15-20 minutes. It was hard to not feel guilty or lazy by doing shorter workouts but the end result is great. After my 7 day "break", I started back to my regular routines and now the weight is melting off again. Thank you to the Poster who suggested it! I feel great and the frustration is gone. 2 Neely and slim1972 reacted to this
fizz_gonza 7 Posted August 6, 2019 Hoping to revive this thread! I made it to the coveted "Onederland" !! Weighed in at 198.2 this morning. Going on month 6...and I do feel things slowing down. Not a fan of that. I was told that if I kept my momentum I would lose another 30 before my next appointment... well that was in June and I was 215. That would mean I would need to be at 185 by Sept. 3rd...and I just don't see that happening right now. The past month didn't have much movement at all, it was stalled. I've started seeing slight movement...so maybe I'm heading for another slide down the scale? (I hope!) I definitely didn't work out like I had been, and ate a lot more- I was in Spain!! So I'm hoping now getting back into a routine and fixing my eating things will start moving. But 13 lbs in a month seems ambitious at this stage in the game. :( We'll see... what do you guys think? 1 Neely reacted to this
Neely 60 Posted August 8, 2019 You are doing great, Fizz! 🔥 I’ve slowed and stalled off and on but made it into onederland as well! I’m at 192currently, so 80 lbs down!! I’m leaving for a cruise on 9/7 and wanted to be 180, but like you, that seems like a steep goal this far along. Lol Definitely not losing at the pace I was. BUT I’m also not exercising, other than walking my dog. Maybe if we both kick it up a notch we will surprise ourselves? I’m game! I bet Spain was fantastic! It’s in my bucket list for sure. Where did you guys go?
