jenifaoh 31 Posted April 13, 2019 This podcast is amazing. It is full of all kinds of information and support. It is hosted by a nurse practitioner who is dedicated to her patients and understanding/fighting obesity. 2 si*******on and Neely reacted to this

jenifaoh 31 Posted April 14, 2019 4 weeks post op on Monday. Is anyone else still having a hard time with incision pain. I am still very sore. My surgeon didn’t seem to think it was any reason to be concerned but I still have a hard time getting in and out of the car. 1 Neely reacted to this

My surgeon didn’t seem to think it was any reason to be concerned but I still have a hard time getting in and out of the car. I wore an abdominal wrap for weeks. Helps soooo muchSent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app 2 jenifaoh and Neely reacted to this
Neely 60 Posted April 15, 2019 I wish I had thought about those wraps! I only had one incision that really hurt longer than a couple of weeks though, and mainly when I bent down. But everyone does heal differently AND it can also have to do with how large your incisions are and how much your surgeon had to do “in there”. I was surprised at how small some of mine were! I hope you get some relief soon, it’s certainly a process. But there is light (and you will be lighter!!) at the end of the tunnel! 🤗 1 jenifaoh reacted to this

Neely 60 Posted April 27, 2019 Hey guys! I hope everyone is doing well! I just popped in to ask what kind of Vitamins everyone is taking? My dr suggested BariLife but the powder is nauseatingly sweet post surgery lol. I tried the pills but they are huge and I’m supposed to take 3, twice a day. Ugh. Looking for other options. Well I'm only taking a chewable Calcium and a chewable Multivitamin from Celebrate. Not the best but it doesn't make me sick. 1 Neely reacted to this
Neely 60 Posted April 27, 2019 I will look into that one! Thanks!
DelawareWoman 37 Posted May 2, 2019 I get Bariatric Choice with Iron off Amazon. They cover all the bases except calcium citrate. THey are about $15 a month. Calcium citrate I am still looking for a good one. I tried BariMelts and ewww.. I was taking a pill but was told that I want a chewable or melt. Still trying to find something I like. 1 Neely reacted to this
Sunshinekn2 5 Posted May 2, 2019 I’ve been taking this for calcium citrate, it’s the only one I’ve found that isn’t absolutely inedible lol :P 1 Neely reacted to this

Celebrate has a new capsule multivitamin that is a one a day dose. I really like it as the Celebrate chewables were starting to get old. 1 Neely reacted to this
