Belle13 2 Posted December 20, 2018 I had my surgery in April 2018. I took the Vitamins like I was supposed to but found they made me sick to my stomach. I stopped after month 2. I went for my 3 month check up and everything was perfect. I have recently noticed my right foot starts to tingle like it's falling asleep and is sort of numb on the top. This starts when I get home and doesn't really get better until I get up the next day and start moving around. I started taking my vitamins again yesterday in hopes that it might be a Vitamin deficiency. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance! 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
GreenTealael 25,430 Posted December 20, 2018 Contact your team/primary for follow up labwork to check for deficiencies instead of guessing. Vitamins are important. But don't panic, simply resolve it quickly. Safe Journey 🎈 1 Wanda247 reacted to this
elcee 3,341 Posted December 20, 2018 B Vitamins are generally the ones that affect nerves. But there could be other causes. Maybe you have a trapped nerve somewhere or your footwear is causing the issue. 1 Wanda247 reacted to this
